1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pphwin.cam, creating a player account, or using any service offered by pphwin, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the pphwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on pphwin, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.

Each individual may hold only one (1) pphwin account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pphwin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions conducted through them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4 KYC Verification

pphwin operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Driver's License issued by LTO
• Passport issued by DFA

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

pphwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your pphwin account.

All transactions on pphwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pphwin does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit, except where pphwin's compliance team determines otherwise. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 20 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pphwin may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published on the respective promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard bonus wagering requirement on pphwin is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

pphwin reserves the right to:

• Withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Refuse, reclaim, or void bonus funds in cases of suspected abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms;
• Require additional verification before crediting or permitting withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering, or other abusive strategies may have their bonus access permanently revoked.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on pphwin are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are provided by the respective game developers and are available for review on individual game information pages.

Players acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on pphwin are determined by chance, and that no strategy, system, or technique guarantees a positive result. pphwin makes no representation regarding the likelihood of a player achieving a winning outcome in any game.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pphwin's gaming logs and server records shall constitute the authoritative record of the outcome. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault, pphwin may void the round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pphwin and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one pphwin account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with pphwin games or systems;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

9 Account Suspension & Termination

pphwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under pphwin's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pphwin reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pphwin account in good standing may do so by contacting support. All pending wagers will be settled, and the remaining balance returned upon verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on pphwin.cam — including but not limited to the pphwin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (where licensed), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pphwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pphwin solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any pphwin content without prior written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pphwin and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

In the event of a dispute between a player and pphwin, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pphwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body having competent jurisdiction.
